Brian Gulden

Brian Gulden is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an attorney at The Van Winkle Law Firm since April 2020, Brian previously held attorney positions at Patla Straus Robinson & Moore from June 2006 to April 2020 and at Deaton and Biggers PA from May 2001 to June 2006. Prior to entering private practice, Brian worked as the Zoning/Ordinance Administrator at the Henderson County Planning Department from September 1999 to April 2001. Brian earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Southern Illinois University School of Law between 1996 and 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
