Jane Banham has extensive experience in trade development and customer engagement, currently serving as Director of Trade Development for Vancouver Fraser Port Authority since July 2016, where previous roles included Manager of Customer Engagement and Manager of Trade Development. Additionally, Jane Banham operates a consulting firm since 2014, providing strategic advice on business and customer development, currently focused on a real estate project in Greater Vancouver. Prior roles include Director of Business & Customer Development at Iron Mountain, where management generated significant revenue growth, and diverse positions at Canadian Pacific Railway and Open Learning Agency. Jane Banham holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and an Award of Achievement in Social Media from The University of British Columbia.
