Katherine Huggins

Katherine Huggins is an experienced planner currently working at Vancouver Fraser Port Authority since June 2021, after serving as a planning assistant from April 2020 to April 2021. Prior to relocating to Vancouver in mid-2019, Katherine worked as a resource consent planner at Environment Canterbury for three years, where responsibilities included investigating resource permit applications and providing community guidance on resource management. Additional experience includes roles as a Geographic Information Systems Technician at Ravensdown and as a Project Business Analyst at Synlait Milk Limited. Katherine holds a Master's in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Geography from the University of Canterbury.
