Merike Kolga

Merike Kolga, EdD, currently serves as the Manager of Organizational Learning & Development at Vancouver Fraser Port Authority since March 2023. As Managing Director at Garnet Learning Solutions since May 2020, Merike specializes in life, wellness, and CliftonStrengths coaching, alongside providing custom consulting services for learning and development. Previous roles include Manager of Learning & Development at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc., Manager of Knowledge Services at Intrahealth Canada Limited, Learning & Development Advisor at Houle, Training Specialist at Seaspan ULC, and eLearning Specialist & Online Training Associate at Tangerine. Merike holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Western University, a Master's Degree in Adult Education from Central Michigan University, and additional degrees from UBC Sauder School of Business, Brock University, and the University of Toronto.
