Mina Pourakbar

Mina Pourakbar, PCP, CHRP, is an experienced payroll and benefits professional currently serving as a UKG Payroll Implementation Advisor at Vancouver Fraser Port Authority since April 2024. Previously, Mina held various roles at Entertainment Partners, culminating as Payroll and Total Rewards Consultant, where critical support was provided for payroll and total rewards processes. As Payroll and Benefits Lead, responsibilities included managing end-to-end payroll and benefits and leading significant projects, including global HRIS implementations and total rewards enhancements. Prior experience includes positions at Seacore Seafood Inc. as Payroll & Benefits, HR Generalist, and WITRON Inc. as Payroll & Benefits, HR Coordinator in a unionized environment. Mina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology and Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo.
