Martina Welkhoff

Martina Welkhoff is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a focus on technology and innovation. Currently serving as a Founding Partner at Goldenrod Ventures since March 2023, Martina champions investments that blend physical and digital experiences to enhance lives. Additionally, as a Founding Partner of The WXR Fund, established in April 2017, Martina targets gender diverse seed stage companies at the forefront of spatial computing and artificial intelligence. Martina has held various influential roles, including Board Member at Obsess and Advisory Board Member at Find Ventures, providing support to early-stage founders. As an Advisor to the Center for Leadership & Strategic Thinking, Martina contributes to the development of innovative products. Past experiences also include serving as a Global Shaper for the World Economic Forum, founding ConveneVR, advocating for women in technology as Board President of Seattle Women in Tech, and leading Zealyst as CEO & Co-founder, improving workplace relationships through data analytics. Martina earned a BA in English with a minor in Chemistry from Bowdoin College.
