Colette Jackson

Colette Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology risk and governance, currently serving as the Technology Risk and Governance Manager at The Very Group since July 2020. In this role, Colette is responsible for developing and implementing agile standards, strategic technology risk frameworks, and monitoring technology standards to support the group's vision. Prior to this position, Colette worked at Shop Direct from 2008 to July 2020 in various roles, including FS Risk and Governance Manager, where responsibilities included the development of a customer risk framework and management reporting. Colette's earlier career includes experience as a Marketing Manager at Lewis Reed (WAV) Ltd and as a Marketing Campaign Manager at Shop Direct. Colette holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Bangor University, obtained in 1998.
