Sean Humphreys has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. Sean is currently the Group Customer Care & CX Director and COO Financial Services at The Very Group. In this role, they are responsible for customer experience, customer care, and financial service operations.

Prior to their current position, Sean held several leadership roles at MBNA, including Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Chief Operations Officer. Before their tenure at MBNA, Sean worked at Bank of America in various positions. Notably, they were the Change Legacy & Business Support Executive, responsible for strategic integration, change management, and resolving customer complaints for MBNA Bank Limited.

Sean Humphreys attended Catholic high school in Chester from 1982 to 1987. Sean later studied Business & Finance at NEWI from 1991 to 1994.
