Chris Lincoln

Chris Lincoln has extensive experience in emergency services and consulting, currently serving at Ocean Beach Fire Department since July 1991 in various leadership roles including Assistant Chief and IT Director, and currently as a firefighter and EMT. Additionally, Chris has consulted for Morgan Stanley since March 1997 and has a long-standing relationship with Dyalog, developing systems for various applications. Chris has held leadership positions such as President of JCL/APL, Inc. and Founder of APL Pi, Inc., contributing to software development within the APL programming community. Furthermore, Chris has consulted for organizations like Voter Research and Surveys and Mitofsky International, focusing on election systems. Educational background includes a BA in Mathematics (Computer Science) from Hunter College and a high school diploma with a strong foundation in science and mathematics.
