Additionally, they held perfume and beauty seminars and workshops weekly, managed stock control, and consistently achieved sales targets. Before joining Harding, Olga worked as a Sales Manager at Zdes i Sejchas Consulting Group from January 2013 to January 2016. In this role, they managed multiple sales accounts, coordinated projects, identified business opportunities, and worked on brand development, among other responsibilities.
Olga Soldatova completed their Bachelor's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Belarusian State University between 2008 and 2013. Before that, they obtained a specialist degree in English language from Linguohumanitarian College UO MGLU from 2004 to 2008.
