Channing Rothwell, PHR has a strong background in human resources with experience at multiple organizations. From August 2015 to September 2019, Channing worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Village Church before being promoted to the role of Human Resources Director in October 2019. Prior to this, Channing was a Human Resources/Benefits Coordinator at Aldi, Inc. from November 2012 to August 2015. Channing also has experience in sponsor relations and fund coordination, having worked as a Sponsor Relation and Funds Coordinator at Christian Life Ministries from October 2010 to November 2012. In addition, Channing has intern experience, having served as an Event Intern Coordinator at 94.9 KLTY - Safe For The Whole Family! in May and June 2010, and as a Promotions Intern from November 2009 to January 2010.

Channing Rothwell, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas. This academic pursuit took place from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, Channing attended Collin College from 2006 to 2008, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Business. In addition to their formal education, Channing also obtained several certifications related to Human Resources. They earned a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2015. In June 2015, Channing also acquired an HR Generalist Professional Certification from the National Seminar Training institution.
