Cassie Coyne currently serves as the Head Pastry Chef at The Village Dallas, a position held since May 2022, after previously working as Pastry Sous Chef at the same establishment. Prior to this, Cassie gained extensive experience at Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie from September 2017 to May 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Chef De Partie and Pastry Cook. Earlier experience also includes a role as a Cake Decorator at Trailercakes from October 2016 to July 2017, and as an Associate at Sprinkles Cupcakes from September 2015 to May 2016. Cassie Coyne has completed education at El Centro College and the University of North Texas.
