Jon Gray

Jon Gray is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, and retail. As the Managing Director at The Village Dallas since March 2023, Jon leads the operations of a large community encompassing over 8,000 apartments and various amenities. Previously, Jon founded Gray Area Consulting, LLC, providing independent consulting services across multiple sectors. Other notable roles include Vice President of Experience at Sentral, President of Flipper's Roller Boogie Palace, and Vice President and General Manager of the Palms at Station Casinos. Jon's tenure at Nike as Senior Director of Global Brand Services led to significant advancements in direct-to-consumer initiatives. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
