Nicole Lake

Nicole Lake serves as Chief Impact Officer at LAZ Parking and Executive Vice President at LAZ Investments. In these roles, Nicole works directly with CEO, Alan Lazowski, and the LAZ leadership teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives, move projects forward and foster both internal and external relationships.

Prior to her work with LAZ, Nicole enjoyed a wide-ranging legal career. Most recently, she served as Chief Counsel to the Connecticut Attorney General, Vice President & General Counsel to a non-profit healthcare system and Associate General Counsel to Governor Malloy. She has also worked as a consumer protection, labor and legal services attorney.

As an undergraduate, Nicole studied political science at the University of Iowa, and then went on to earn graduate and law degrees from Harvard Divinity School and Northeastern University School of Law, respectively. She serves on a number of different boards for local non-profits and is active in state politics.
