Larissa Brown

Larissa Brown is an experienced adjunct faculty member specializing in figure drawing, character design, and animation. Currently, Larissa teaches at Orange Coast College, California State University, Long Beach, and Saddleback College, with a focus on character design and animation techniques. As the owner of OC Art Studios since 2009, Larissa has managed art classes for a diverse range of ages. Prior positions include teaching at Laguna College of Art and Design and serving as a character designer at Klasky Csupo. Larissa holds a BFA in Drawing & Painting from California State University, Fullerton, and has furthered studies at the Animation Academy. Additionally, Larissa is a board advisor for The Village Ltd and is currently illustrating a graphic novel with HarperCollins.
