Bob Mayo is an experienced restaurant industry professional with a diverse background in management and consultancy. Currently serving as Managing Partner and General Manager at The Village Tavern, Inc. since March 2021, Bob also operates Mayo Restaurant Consultants, a Phoenix-based consulting company specializing in restaurant development and operations. Previous experience includes senior management roles at Boulders Resort & Spa and JW Marriott, as well as ownership positions at Joe’s Midnight Run and Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine, where notable accomplishments included significant sales growth. Over the years, Bob has demonstrated expertise in food and beverage operations, marketing, and strategic planning, contributing to the success of various dining establishments. Education includes studies at Glendale Community College.
