Brenda Chapin

Brenda Chapin, MSW, LSW, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Villages, a position held since July 2013, where prior roles included Vice President of Program Administration, Senior Regional Director, and Quality Assurance Manager. Brenda's extensive experience in child welfare began at The Villages from October 2006 to September 2012 as the Director of Children's Village, Site Supervisor for Healthy Families, and Foster Care Case Manager. Previously, Brenda worked as a Child Welfare Supervisor at the Indiana Department of Child Services and served as the Family Literacy Coordinator at Monroe County Community School Corporation. Brenda holds a Master of Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington.
