The Villages
Nicole Schultz possesses extensive experience in admissions and adoption services, currently serving as Vice President of Admissions and Adoption Services at The Villages since May 2006. Prior roles at The Villages include Senior Director of Foster Care and Adoption Services, Director of Admissions for Southern Indiana, Regional Supervisor, and Case Manager. Previously, Nicole worked as a Case Manager at the Indiana Department of Child Services from March 2003 to May 2006. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Public Administration from Ball State University, a Bachelor of Science with a dual major in Criminology and Psychology from Ball State University, and training in Executive Leadership and Organizational Leadership from Butler University.
