Julie Favret

Julie Favret has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Julie has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting as a Registered Nurse at Montecatini Eating Disorder Treatment Center and Rady Children's Hospital. Julie later became a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, overseeing the creation and implementation of a specialized unit for pediatric eating disorders and mental health issues at Rady Children's Hospital. Julie also worked as a Registered Nurse at Hasbro Children's Health System and Nemours, coordinating care for pediatric patients and liver transplant patients respectively. Julie has also worked as an RN at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, where they provided care for children in schools. In recent years, Julie has held management positions, including Nurse Manager at The Vines Hospital, Director of Nursing at The Recovery Village and Duffy's Napa Valley Rehab, and Chief Executive Officer at The Refuge, A Healing Place and The Vines Hospital. Julie has extensive experience in overseeing nursing services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing care team members. Julie Favret received a Master of Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University in 2015, with a focus in MBA – MSN. Julie also holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from UMass Boston, which they obtained between 1993 and 1997. In addition, Julie has certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Basic & Advanced Life Support, and is a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
