Kelly D. Spraker

Kelly Spraker serves as the Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Programs at the Virginia Chamber of Commerce since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kelly held positions at Midas of Richmond as VP of Experience & Finance, and at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership as Events Director in Marketing and Communications, as well as VITAL Manager for International Trade. Kelly's previous experience includes communications and external affairs management for the Secretary of Commerce & Trade in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and various roles in the Department of Social Services and the Governor's office. Additional positions include work as an Office Manager at Katheryn Robertson, Ltd., and in educational sales and marketing for HOHNER Musikinstrumente GmbH. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from James Madison University.
