Heather Powers

Heather Powers currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Merchandising & Marketing Officer at The Vitamin Shoppe since March 2020, providing support to key executives in the merchandising division. Previously, Heather held various roles at Avenue Stores, LLC from April 2011 to August 2019, including Merchandising Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Chief Merchandising Officer. Earlier experience includes positions at United Retail Group, where Heather worked as a Planning Coordinator and Allocator, and at Citigroup as an Executive Assistant to the Pastry Chef. Heather holds an Associate's degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, completed between 1998 and 2000.
