Parthenia Fields

Parthenia Fields is a community leadership and nonprofit program development expert with over 20 years of experience in education and community engagement. Currently serving as a Community Leadership Network Fellow at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation and managing community programs at Springboard To Opportunities, Parthenia is actively involved in enhancing community-driven research through a role on the Urban Institute's CAMPE Community Advisory Board. As Principal Consultant at WJF Consulting, Parthenia focuses on nonprofit program development, staff training, and advocacy for marginalized populations. Prior experience includes roles in program management, education, and editorial services, demonstrating a strong commitment to transforming lives in low-income communities. Parthenia holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor's degree in University Studies from Jackson State University.
