JaCara Kelley has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Director of Recruitment at USC Panhellenic Council. Prior to this, they held roles such as Associate Director of the Social and Recreation/Startup Funds at USC Undergraduate Student Government and Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at Kappa Alpha Theta, Omicron Chapter. JaCara also gained experience as a Barista at Orange Cup Java Station and as a STEM counselor at the Boy Scouts of America. Additionally, they worked as a Lifeguard for the City of Galesburg in the past.
JaCara Kelley attended Galesburg High School from 2017 to 2021, where they did not pursue a specific degree but focused on general studies. From 2021 to 2025, they attended the University of Southern California and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. At the same time, they also pursued a Minor in Business from the USC Marshall School of Business. In 2024-2025, JaCara Kelley furthered their education at the USC Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Biopharmaceutical Marketing.
