Robb Gray serves as the Director of Policy and Advocacy at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation since January 2020, following a tenure as Vice President for Policy & Advocacy at Arnold Ventures from 2018 to 2020. Prior to these roles, Robb Gray was the Senior Director of State Strategies & Engagement at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, where leadership involved state policy advocacy efforts and strengthening partnerships to support low-income Americans. Additional experience includes roles as a Government Affairs Consultant at RG Consulting, Executive Director at the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department, Senate Fiscal Analyst at the Oklahoma State Senate, and Intelligence Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency. Educationally, Robb Gray holds a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Latin American Studies from the University of Florida.
