Simon Lopez

Simon Lopez currently serves as a Program Officer at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, a position held since August 2021. Previously, Simon held the role of Chief Impact Officer at Goodwill Southern California from May 2015 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading organizational impact initiatives. As President of the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement from February 2013 to December 2014, Simon established career opportunity programs and enhanced partnerships to benefit diverse workers and employers. Additionally, Simon worked at the National Council of La Raza from March 2001 to February 2013 as Senior Director of Workforce and Leadership Development, implementing strategies for workforce diversity and managing career pathway programs. Simon earned a B.A. in Psychology from The University of New Mexico between 1992 and 1996.
