Jim Baker

Jim Baker has extensive experience in IT support and service delivery, currently serving as Desktop Support Supervisor at the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association since April 2022. Previously, Jim held the position of Associate Director of IT Service Delivery at Canyon Ranch, where responsibilities included driving product value and advocating for clients' needs. Prior roles include Service Desk Manager at Donnelley Financial Solutions, where Jim successfully built an in-house team to enhance service levels, and Support Center Manager at Western Illinois University. Jim also served as Technology Support Supervisor at EDMC and holds an education degree from the Illinois Institute of Art - Schaumburg.
