Carrie Reynolds

Carrie Reynolds is a seasoned editor and community engagement professional with extensive experience at The Wall Street Journal since June 2019, currently serving as Deputy Editor for New Audiences & Community. In this role, Carrie manages the Audience Voices team, which enhances reader interaction and moderates comments to foster civil discourse. Previously, Carrie held positions as Deputy Community Editor and Audience Voices Reporter within the same organization, developing expertise in promoting reader engagement and evaluating comments on the WSJ website. Prior to joining WSJ, Carrie worked as a Parent Coordinator for the NYC Department of Education from September 2016 to June 2019 and has a background in freelance editing for various clients, including Macmillan and Columbia University's National Arts Journalism Program, along with serving as Managing Editor for Smallwood and Stewart, Inc. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Yale University.
