Harriet Torry

Harriet Torry is a seasoned journalist currently serving as the Western U.S. Economics Correspondent at The Wall Street Journal since January 2010, focusing on the western U.S. economy. Previous roles at The Wall Street Journal include Economics Reporter, specializing in consumer issues, Federal Reserve Reporter during a significant period of interest-rate increases, and German Government and Economy Reporter amid the eurozone debt crisis. Additionally, Harriet worked as a Financial Reporter, providing market-moving coverage of German businesses.
