Anthony Cantor

Anthony Cantor is an experienced producer and director with a diverse background in film and television production. Currently serving as a Producer at The Walrus since September 2024, Anthony previously worked as a Story Producer at Texas Crew Productions from September 2023 to September 2024. Prior roles include Producer/Director/Writer/Story Editor at Efran Films, where Anthony was employed from November 2021 to June 2023, and Associate Producer for multiple companies including Melbar Entertainment Group Inc., Prospero Pictures, and Efran Films. Anthony began a career in research, holding positions such as Researcher at Cineflix Media Inc. and marblemedia, and Senior Researcher and Story Producer at Associated Producers Ltd. Academically, Anthony holds a PhD in History from the University of Toronto, a Master of Arts in History from The University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston University.
