Brad Hobbs is an accomplished restaurateur with extensive experience in launching and managing multiple restaurant concepts. Since June 2012, Brad has served as the Owner/Operator of Olde Towne Partners Restaurant Group, overseeing various ventures including Olde Towne Tavern, The Walrus Kitchen & Public House, Pecan Penny’s Bar-B-Q, and The Woodbury Urban Diner. Additionally, Brad is a franchise owner of Duck Donuts in the Columbus and Cleveland markets. Currently, Brad holds the title of Managing Member for several establishments, including The Woodbury Urban Diner, Pecan Penny's Bar-B-Q, Duck Donuts, The Walrus Kitchen & Public House, Corner Stone Craft Beer & Wine, and The Olde Towne Tavern. Brad's educational background includes studies at The Ohio State University, Youngstown State University, and the University of Mount Union.
