Dana Yoos, MBA has over 30 years of professional experience in the business and finance industry. Dana began their career in 1989 as a Project Financial Administrator for General Electric Corporation - GESD. Dana then moved to Gichner Systems Group Inc. in 1991 as a Pricing Analyst/Cost Accountant. From 1994 to 2001, they worked for Capital Blue Cross as a Financial Information Systems Coordinator and Cost & Budget Supervisor. From 2001 to 2009, they were with Fonterra (USA) Inc. as a Finance Manager, Sr. Financial Analyst and Cash & Financial Reporting Manager. In 2009, they worked as a Consultant for BAE Systems. From 2010 to 2019, they held the roles of Accounting Manager and Sr. Accountant at BAE Systems. Finally, they are currently a Senior Business Analyst at The Warrell Corporation.

Dana Yoos obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in German from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania between 1984 and 1989. In 1986 and 1987, they attended the University of Vienna, studying International Business and German. In 2009, they completed a Lean Six Sigma Certification from Villanova University. In 2011, they earned their Master of Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. In 2018, they obtained a Financial Analysis: Introduction to Business Performance Analysis Certification from LinkedIn, and in 2022, they obtained a Business Analysis: Essential Tools and Techniques Certification from LinkedIn.
