Patrick Ring

Patrick Ring has held various positions in the corporate world since 1989. Patrick started their career at MNC Investment Bank as a Managing Director in 1989. In 1992, they joined The Baker-Meekins Company as a Managing Director, providing business and securities valuation for tax and financial reporting purposes. In 2004, they became President of Legacy Partners, LLC, an independent advisory services provider for business owners. From 2008 to 2021, they were a Director Board of Directors at The Warrell Corporation. Patrick also served as a Managing Director at Headwaters|SC from 2013 to 2017 and at FODIS from 2018 to 2021. In 2017, they worked as an Independent Contractor at EY. Currently, they are a Director Board of Directors at Resolve Marine Group.

Patrick Ring obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University, followed by a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School.
