Randall Culp has been in the workforce since 1993, when they began their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Susquehanna Pfaltzgraff Co. In 1995, they joined Knouse Foods Cooperative, Inc. as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management, and later held the position of Director of Supply Chain Management. Randall also held Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, Engineering, Accounting, Quality Control, and Project Management roles at the company. In 2019, Randall moved to Hanover Foods Corporation as the Vice President of Frozen Operations. In 2021, they joined The Warrell Corporation as the Vice President of Operations.
Randall Culp earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College in 1995, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Mount St. Mary's University in 2004.
