Donna Moreno

Donna Moreno, CCP, is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in managing compensation processes and strategic programs. Currently serving as the Lead Compensation Analyst at The Washington Post since January 2017, Donna is responsible for overseeing day-to-day compensation activities and administering the annual merit and bonus processes using Workday. Previously, Donna held various roles at Verizon from 1984 to 2016, including Sales Compensation Manager, where responsibilities encompassed designing and deploying incentive compensation plans across multiple corporate divisions. Additionally, Donna's background includes roles in marketing management and business development, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of sales policies and compliance. Donna holds an MBA in Operations Management and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
