Jorge Rodriguez

Jorge Rodriguez is a skilled software engineer with diverse experience in web performance optimization and cloud services. At The Washington Post since November 2018, Jorge has leveraged expertise in Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and various AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudFront, and Route 53 to design and manage scalable cloud systems. In conjunction with this role, Jorge serves as an Application Support Engineer at Strive Consulting, LLC, focusing on solving complex challenges for clients. Prior experience includes a position as a Full Stack Developer at Thinkful, where Jorge developed responsive applications, and an internship at Banana Republic / Gap Inc. Jorge holds an Associate of Science in Computer Engineering from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago.
