Audrey Grismore is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in climate resilience, disaster recovery, and environmental compliance. At The Water Institute of the Gulf, Audrey oversees the Gulf Center for Equitable Climate Resilience, managing a $2.5 million budget and coordinating various projects and stakeholder collaborations. Previously, Audrey served as an Environmental Historic Preservation Specialist at FEMA, where significant contributions included supervising disaster recovery projects and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Audrey also has a strong academic background, holding a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Geography from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor's degree from Hood College. With a proven track record in project management and research, Audrey has co-authored multiple journal articles and presented at numerous academic conferences.
