Luis Partida is an experienced research scientist and water resources engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona. Currently serving as a Research Scientist and Numerical Surface Water Modeler at The Water Institute of the Gulf since September 2022, Luis previously held the position of Senior Water Resources Engineer at RPS North America from October 2019 to September 2022. Prior to that, Luis worked as a Water Resources Engineer at CONSOR Engineers and OMEGA ENGINEERS, INC., and began a career as an Associate Engineer at Walter P Moore.
