Allison Fechter Gregory has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Allison'smost recent role was as the Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Resolution, and Learning at The Water Project since May 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Water Institute - The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from August 2015 to August 2017. Allison also served as an Environmental Engineer at Tetra Tech from July 2011 to July 2015, where they provided technical support on infrastructure projects. Furthermore, they worked as an Office of Sustainability Intern at Tufts University from March 2008 to July 2011 and as an Intern at AstraZeneca in 2010, where they focused on designing training programs and improving energy efficiency. Lastly, they interned at the Philadelphia Water Department in 2009.

Allison Fechter Gregory holds a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences and Engineering, which they obtained from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between the years 2015 and 2017. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Engineering at Tufts University from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Allison Fechter Gregory obtained the Engineer in Training certification from the NCEES in July 2011.
