Matthew McGhee is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in prestigious kitchens. Currently serving as Chef de Cuisine at The Watergate Hotel since January 2016, McGhee previously held similar leadership roles at Range by Bryan Voltaggio and The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach. Early career positions include Sous Chef at The Greenbrier and Bqt Sous Chef at The Yale Club of New York City. McGhee's foundational culinary training began at The Culinary Institute of America, where an Associates Degree in Occupational Studies was earned.
