Anisha Zak is a Talent Acquisition Manager at The Waters Senior Living with experience in managing and implementing all facets of talent management and recruitment. Previously, Anisha worked as the Director of Partnerships at Lead For America and as a Workforce Coordinator at Workforce Development, Inc. Anisha also has experience as a Marketing Coordinator and Match Support Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern MN. Anisha holds a Bachelor's degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato and is currently pursuing a GCDF Certification at Normandale Community College.
