Kara D. Mostowy, CFRE, GPC has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Kara D. currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at The Watson Institute since September 2015. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Maher Duessel from 2014 to 2015. Kara also held the position of Executive Director and Development Director at teli | The Early Learning Institute from 2005 to 2014, where they were responsible for reducing program expenses and securing funding for program growth. Additionally, they served as the Director of Resource Development & Marketing at Glade Run Lutheran Services from 2000 to 2005, where they led a successful capital campaign and increased individual giving.
