Justin Knight is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail and service management. Currently serving as a Surf Technician and Boardmaster at The Wave since February 2022, Justin ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for surfers while helping them develop their skills. Justin previously directed Time For You Bristol Ltd from June 2013, successfully expanding the domestic services company across the region. Before that, a significant tenure at Lloyds Banking Group from 2001 to 2013 included roles as Regional Manager for Commercial Insurance, Senior Key Account Manager, Senior Propositions Manager, and Insurance Manager, where Justin drove product distribution and sales management while enhancing customer journeys. Earlier experience includes working as a Key Account Manager at NatWest, assisting in technical support and product design recommendations. Justin's educational credentials encompass studies at Bristol City College and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
