Lisa Osachoff

Lisa Osachoff, CPHR, currently serves as the SVP and Chief People & Culture Officer at Wawanesa Insurance, where responsibilities span areas such as Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. With extensive experience in human resources, Lisa previously held the role of Chief People & Culture Officer at Western Financial Group and has contributed as a Senior National Judge for Hunter/Jumper & Equitation events with Equestrian Canada since 2002. Lisa's professional background includes various management positions in retail and human resources, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The University of Lethbridge and an Applied Degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from Mount Royal University.
