Ruben Gaona

Ruben Gaona is the Executive Director at My Way Out, where a diverse community of resources and services support individuals in overcoming past mistakes. Ruben is also the Co-Founder of The Way Out, a program that connects employers with Justice-Involved Jobseekers. As the Founder of 2ndChanceWisconsin, LLC, Ruben educates individuals on marketing themselves to employers despite life obstacles. With a background in employment and training at various organizations, including the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Ruben has a passion for helping individuals improve their job skills. Ruben's educational background includes a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
