Sarah Allen

Sarah Allen is a seasoned professional in the fitness and social media sectors, currently serving as the Social Media Manager for The Web Design Hub LLC since November 2023. With a strong background as a Fitness Trainer at Sarah Allen Fit from September 2014 to January 2021 and extensive experience as an IFBB Pro Athlete and Fitness Model from October 2011 to January 2021, Sarah has been featured in multiple fitness publications, including Muscle & Fitness Magazine and Oxygen Magazine. Sarah has also competed internationally as an IFBB Pro Bikini athlete, representing Australia from January 2015 to January 2018. Additional accomplishments include multiple sponsorships with leading fitness brands and roles in nutrition coaching and administration at Fernwood Women's Health Clubs in 2008. Education was completed at Presbyterian Ladies' College from 1991 to 1999.
