Jesse Hirshman

Jesse Hirshman is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law, particularly in the life sciences and related fields. Since March 2011, Jesse has served as a Partner at The Webb Law Firm, specializing in patent drafting, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement, along with trade secret, trademark, and copyright counseling. From 2005 to 2011, Jesse owned and operated Hirshman Law, focusing on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law. Prior experience includes serving as a Patent Attorney at K&L Gates from 2000 to 2005. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Florida, a Doctor of Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and a Master of Science in Immunology and Medical Microbiology from the University of Florida College of Medicine.
