Kelsey Qiu

Kelsey Qiu is a seasoned retail and sales professional with extensive managerial experience across various companies. Currently serving as Store Manager at The Webster since December 2023, Kelsey previously held multiple leadership roles at Saks Fifth Avenue, including Group Sales Manager and Sales Manager, from October 2020 to December 2023. Prior roles include Assistant Store Manager, Flagship Store Clienteling Manager, and Lead Supervisor at Coach from August 2017 to October 2020, and Founder of Kelsnail from October 2016 to October 2017. Additionally, Kelsey worked as a Marketing Executive at Mitsubishi Corporation from August 2013 to August 2015 and as a part-time Mandarin Instructor at New World Education Group between September 2010 and June 2015, where Kelsey was instrumental in corporate partnership outreach. Kelsey holds an MBA from the University of Victoria and has a Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Guangzhou University, complemented by studies at Fukuoka University.
