Sozon Tsopanos

Sozon Tsopanos is an experienced professional in the field of additive manufacturing, currently serving as the Head of Additive Manufacturing at The Weir Group PLC since February 2018. Prior to this role, Sozon Tsopanos held the position of Additive Manufacturing Technology Lead at Weir Minerals from July 2015 to January 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal Project Leader at TWI from April 2010 to July 2015 and as a Post Doctoral Research Associate at the University of Liverpool from September 2006 to March 2010. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Engineering obtained from the University of Liverpool between 2002 and 2006.
