Sean K. Bremer

Sean K. Bremer, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager - Talent Acquisition at The Weitz Company, having joined in March 2024. Previously, Sean held various positions at Kum & Go from December 2014 to March 2024, culminating in the role of Manager of Talent Acquisition. In this capacity, Sean led the hiring and selection process for over 5,000 associates annually and developed various strategic initiatives to enhance recruitment and retention efforts. Sean's earlier experience includes roles as District Supervisor and General Manager at Kum & Go and positions at Kohl's Department Stores, where responsibilities included managing payroll, hiring processes, and staff training. Sean holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and a B.S. in Management and International Business from Iowa State University.
