Glenn Swan's work experience includes being a Partner & COO at The Well, where they spearheaded the development of a sister service called The Well ACCOUNTING. Glenn also worked as a Partner & COO at The Well Creative Consultants, managing a team of experienced freelancers. Prior to that, they founded Swan Staffing Inc., a nationally recognized management consulting firm specializing in strategic staffing solutions. Glenn also served as a Director of Client Services at IQ PARTNERS Inc, a Recruiter at Chad Management, and a Group Account Director at Due North Communications. Mr. Swan also held positions as an Account Director at Young & Rubicam, an Account Supervisor at MacLaren McCann, and an Account Executive at Padulo Integrated Inc.

Glenn Swan earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Mary's University, where they studied from 1986 to 1991. Prior to that, they completed two years towards a BA in Psychology at Northern Arizona University from 1983 to 1985.
